As an indispensable part of social life, negotiation is an important form of human association. Negotiation, as an important form of resolving the dispute or conflict, has been widely applied to social life. Generally, negotiation is the face-to-face negotiation held by all sides in the same place. They exchange their ideas, hold conferring and sign agreements, etc. With the fast development of computer network technology, Electronic Commerce becomes more and more complicated and the two sides of trade need real—time and interactive communication to confirm the trade or the contract, the remote negotiation through the network should be required.This article is from the standpoint, we researched the Network manufacturing resources (NMR) contract negotiation system. First of all, after the present Negotiation Support System (NSS) and relevant technologies were analyzed. Based on the commercial negotiation theory, the system flow of intelligent negotiation was analyzed and the framework structure, and used the Genetic local search (GLS) optimizing. Finally, some application technologies of contract negotiation system were explained, and architecture framework of contract negotiation system and a part of man-computer interface were showed when the system was operating.The paper proposed a the NMR contract negotiation system on the basis of the existing NSS,and negotiate the terms of the contract, it made the whole system’s function more comprehensive and perfect.
