Abstract


On the basis of high-speed development of the Internet , distance education network have appeared . With the expansion of the scope of the Distance Education Network School , the increase in the number of quality problems , it is particularly important . However, so far , China 's Ministry of Education evaluation of teaching effectiveness of distance education network and related policies . Currently , our research also confined to introduce evaluation methods , evaluation of the implementation process , and how to quantify the findings . As to the specific elements of the evaluation , the evaluation index system that is still blank. Teaching effectiveness evaluation of the distance education network is based on the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system . In this paper, based on network teaching theory , literature , questionnaires , on-site observation to collect data and evaluation studies in educational technology research methods proposed evaluation of the distance education network elements , using statistical methods to develop a reasonable and feasible , with the operability index system , and then based on various elements of the evaluation index system of distance education network evaluation . The evaluation results show that : the teaching content and learning support service system is the main pillar of the teaching network , school conditions , followed by ; truly achieve the purpose of the development of the personality individualized distance education network , network teaching students to learn according to their level of awareness improved learning is the completion of the students' active participation ; teachers in the distance education network is still not good enough to be further improved , the level of business knowledge and network technology professional level ; distance education network train students in society affect the expectations are not high . Is to promote distance education network to continue to improve the quality of distance education network teaching effectiveness evaluation studies , and provide satisfactory public education : distance education network teaching integrated multidisciplinary knowledge systems , students on the one hand with computer the level of knowledge , on the other hand , have knowledge of other disciplines , to take advantage of students ' interest in computers to mobilize interest in the learning of other disciplines , to enable students to develop independent learning habits .
