Abstract


In order to adapt to the development of information technology, the new changes in education , in 2003 , the Ministry of Education issued a \information literacy , helping students develop to adapt to survive in the information society necessary for lifelong learning and sustainable development. Nowadays, with the rapid development of network technology , the network has social education, school education and family education linking educational resources for all types of multi- level development to create the conditions for teachers to set up an unlimited extension of the educational platform for students build a rich learning environment .
