Spatial analysis techniques and mathematical analysis as a means of digital soil mapping method has been extensively studied in the world, digital soil mapping. Digital soil mapping method has many advantages compared with traditional drafting methods of soil maps based on the expertise and hand-drawn, the mentioned mapping precision, reducing mapping costs while improving the efficiency of the mapping, and the timely updates and repeat to use. In the past two decades, the development of modern science and technology, especially the application of \To soil - landscape model extrapolation method is based on the soil of the classic theory, the famous Jenny equations: S = f (Cl, O, R, P, T, ...), where S is the soil , Cl, O, R, P, T known as environmental factors affect soil into soil, climate, organisms, topography, parent material and time respectively. The equation indicates that such an assumption: The same soil occurred landscape corresponds to the same type of soil; Once informed of the correspondence between the soil and landscape unit, you can infer soil type by the characteristics of the landscape unit. This study 1:200000 soil maps produced in Guangdong Province, for example, by re-classification, constructed space unit the SOTER standard terrain factor data in accordance with, the use of the second soil survey and the subsequent work accumulated achievements and remote sensing data sources, combined with wild supplementary investigation, by means of spatial analysis techniques, the use of the soil environmental factors, build scale soil map spatial unit expression, analysis of the spatial distribution of soil map, soil type, the use of decision tree model to extract the relationship between soil type and terrain factors , the type of soil to fill the space spatial unit. Remodeling, the main features of the the flat landscape area topographic factors, 12100 polygons unit the reconstructed overall accuracy of 61%, the accuracy is not high, which need to be taken more landscape factors and more reasonable mathematical model can be the difference between soil, and only rely on existing environmental factor identification difficult, pending further work. In this study, the production of large scale soil map accuracy evaluation scale soil maps, extract the large-scale window topographical factors, such as elevation, slope, terrain index. Membership relations of the terrain factor fuzzy clustering combination of topographic factors and soil type, and then attached to the high value of the area for the purpose of sampling, the use of decision tree model to extract soil - landscape model relationship, making training area maps of soil type . Through the different scales, the comparison of the overlap area, the accuracy of examination, the accuracy of the model is about 72%, from the soil mapping accuracy and needs to consider having a certain degree of reliability. The study by environmental factors in the quantitative analysis to explore the soil a combination of quantitative, so that a combination of the type of internal constitute visible to quantify soil map \provide case studies. Spatial analysis techniques to improve the purity of the soil maps on the unit, quantitative expression of the dominant soil combination of component proportion, less domestic and international coverage, the findings have universal significance, innovative.
