Sea clutter usually refers to the ocean surface radar backscatter echo shipboard radar and wave monitoring equipment clutter source , its presence seriously interferes with the performance of radar detection of sea targets . Sea clutter suppression technology is the focus and difficulty of the current research . How to strengthen the algorithm of sea clutter suppression , has been the concern of science and technology workers . Improved radial basis (Radial Basis Function, RBF) neural network method of gradient training algorithm . Actual measured sea clutter data , combined with the phase space reconstruction theory and simulation experiments by mutual information method , Cao method and the CC method , reasonable embedding dimension and embedding delay , as will be the result of network enter the number of nodes to determine the basis . This article will support vector machine ( Suppor the Vector Machine SVM) algorithm and neural network algorithm combining applied to sea clutter suppression . IPIX (Intelligent Pixel-Processing) radar measured data simulation experiments by theoretical analysis of experimental results and comparison results show that the two algorithms presented in this paper have good sea clutter rejection .
