Abstract


Women and children medical and health care is an important part in national medical treatment and service, it is the nation’s basic work relates with the economic and social development. China’s maternal and child health development lags behind economic development. The existing quality of maternal and child health services, institutional settings and service capabilities can not meet the growing demand of the masses. To build a new model of health care services for women and children’s hospitals specializing in technology, equipping with the quality of service to be able to meet the growing health needs of the masses, is essential and meaningful for the times requirement.Liaoning Yiren Hospital Investment Management Co., Ltd. is established under the current health care market and it focuses on China’s commitment to health care industry investment and management of the hospital chain’s new professional investment service. Her goal is to establish an international Women and children’s quality Hospital in the province of Liaoning 14 cities in five years on the purpose of extension of the life cycle of women and children and continual on improvement and enhancing the lives of women and children and the quality of life. In 2006, the company invested Huludao 78,000,000 yuan to build the first all-digital women and children specialist hospital. Shenyang Huihao Women and Children Hospital will be the second invested women and children’s specialist hospital by Liaoning Yiren Hospital Investment Management Co., Ltd.This article is planning to nurture in the Shenyang Huihao women and Children’s Hospital of strategy for the development of the study, a comprehensive strategy for the use of modern management theory, companies follow the strategic analysis and selection, strategic development and evaluation of the implementation of the strategy and control of the basic research ideas, Shenyang Huihao women and children’s hospitals in the future development strategy for analysis and design.First, the modern theory of strategic management are described in the business strategy under the premise of architecture, launched a strategic analysis, strategy formulation, strategic control, risk management and financial planning discussion, the follow-up to invest in the construction of hospitals to provide a solid theoretical support; Second, the system to the macro-environment and the environment in the medical profession had a strategic analysis, which revealed the Shenyang Huihao women and children’s hospital faced by the parent hospital strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the development and implementation of Shenyang Huihao women and children’s Hospital development strategy to provide a scientific basis; Then, according to the above-mentioned strategic analysis, study and formulate the overall strategy of Shenyang Huihao Women and Children’s Hospital Finally, put forward the systemical thought on the implementation of the strategy. The results of this paper will provide an important guide for future development of Shenyang Huihao women and Children’s Hospital and development of the hospital chain, as well as the development of women and children’s hospitals specializing in the development of the construction, with good and useful reference.
