Abstract


With the widespread penetration of modern science and technology to human economic activity, penetrated into all aspects of production of human society , knowledge and technology has gradually become the dominant factor in human life . As the main elements of productivity of human capital, capital has become the core of the knowledge economy era , played a pivotal role. Studies of human capital in the enterprise income distribution , in fact, is to study as the most important factor of production \For people across the country are thoroughly implement people- oriented, comprehensive , coordinated and sustainable development of the scientific concept of development , and strive to build a harmonious society in China today , has important practical significance. Participate in the distribution of human capital theory and reality based on what basis ? Income distribution of human capital in the enterprise which the principles and practices ? How to build with Chinese characteristics, human capital involved in achieving the corporate income distribution system , thus achieving our human capital in the enterprise income distribution goal, to achieve economic development and social harmony and stability ? face the problem, this paper defines the concept of human capital to start , respectively, from economic theory , management theory different perspectives to explain human capital in the enterprise enterprise Income Distribution view , and then explore the different levels of human capital in the enterprise income distribution are implemented. Finally, strengthen the system construction and environmental construction to start on the human capital in the enterprise income distribution proposed in this paper . This paper analyzes the research on human capital in the domestic and international income distribution theory of the basic ideas , focusing on the distribution of human capital involved in the theoretical basis and practical basis , human capital involved in the principles and form of income distribution , human capital involved in income distribution are implemented. In the synthesis of human capital in shares residual research literature , based on the distribution of human capital in the enterprise gains made ??based on different types of human capital , the allocation of incentives to take a different idea . This paper argues that any human capital owners have the right to participate in business residual income distribution ; material incentives in terms of core human capital stock options should be taken as the main incentives.
