Objective:to compare the Chinese medicine, western medicine, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of renal Yang, the clinical curative effect of polycystic ovarian syndrome. Through the observation of three kinds of treatments before and after the treatment PCOS patients clinical symptoms levy, serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), eery testosterone (T), LH/FSH ratio, B exceeds the number of ovarian follicles under the influence of comparison and conception, three treatments in the difference of short-term curative effect. For the treatment of type of kidney Yang provides a PCOS effective therapies.Methods:90 patients with kidney Yang type polycystic ovarian syndrome patients were randomly divided into of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group, the Chinese medicine group, western medicine group,30 cases per groups. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine, using warm nest soup of fits taie -35 treatment, Chinese traditional medicine group using temperature nest decoction, alone by western medicine group taie -35 therapy alone.
