Abstract

With the continuous deepening of international economic development, and complex products in the national economy increasingly prominent position and role, has become a focal point of national economic development and stimulate industrial and technical upgrading, and enhancing national competitiveness an important weight. Since China’s reform and opening up, in some industries the products of technological innovation has made great progress, but overall, the more complicated technology in most industries, the progress made is not large, since many high-tech , the high-tech and economic development must be the product also had to rely on imports. The main reason is that China’s complex products of technological innovation are still weak, this addition to our country’s industrial structure, technology, foreign reserves, but also with our enterprise’s own management system and methods. To this end, this thesis will be flexible in the management of the introduction of complex products in order to promote the development of enterprises of China’s complex products and technological innovation.In this thesis, by the 2008 soft-science research projects in Wuhan "complex product of technological innovation flexible management study" support, in the study starting with the concept of features of complex products, technological innovation, complex products of technological innovation as well as flexible management theory to analyze , and then the impact of complex products of technological innovation to explore the factors for the establishment of complex products of technological innovation flexible management structure of the model building the foundation, and on this based on the complex product of technological innovation flexible management structure.According to arrive at the complex products of technological innovation model, using system dynamics theory, complex products of technological innovation flexible management structure of assumptions, and to define their system boundaries and model structure, thus making causal feedback analysis, flow analysis, the final adoption of the system VENSIM complex dynamics software product technology innovation flexible framework for the computer simulation. In order to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model, this thesis was done by an instance of System Dynamics software for our products to a large, complex products carried out a computer simulation study results show that the model has theoretical and practical value, is reasonable and feasible.Finally, sum up the main findings of this thesis, the proposed study remains to be further deepened in a number of problems and development direction.
