Abstract


In today's increasingly competitive market economy environment, any business or individual can possibly individual efforts alone to seek survival and development of space. More and more prominent as a new form of organization, the status and role of the team in the modern enterprise. Project management is the central link of the construction enterprise production and business activities, is also effective source of the basis for the development of the market. Construction companies to do a good job of enterprise project management, fundamentally must attach great importance to and strengthen the construction of the project team. As xx secondary Corporation enterprises, xxs is typical of the old state-owned construction enterprises. Break the monopoly of the operation with the management to change the way of China's state-owned enterprises and the construction industry, xxs moving from the traditional enterprise transformation to a modern enterprise is faced with many difficulties and constraints, especially in the construction of the project team, there are a number of issues and challenges in the to some extent, affect and restrict the company's survival and development. In this paper, on the basis of in-depth investigation of the status of the the xxs company project team building, analysis pointed out that a the xxs company project team building that currently exist five main issues: First, the staff structure is unreasonable, the management mechanism unscientific, Third, learning and training system the four incentives imperfect cultural construction is not perfect. The main reason for these problems in four aspects: First, thinking and understanding is not in place, the work measures can not keep up, the internal conditions are not ripe, imperfect market environment. Problems exist for the the xxs company project team building, using the relevant theoretical and practical experience in the construction of the project team, this study proposed six aspects of policies and measures to: raise awareness, and to further strengthen the great importance of the construction of the project team; optimize the structure, and effectively improve the overall quality of the project team; project team to improve the management, establish a comprehensive high-performance mode of operation; intensive training, and constantly enhance the capability of independent innovation of the project team; promote competition, effective incentives to improve and refine the project team; gathering strength, great efforts to create a good the culture and spirit of the project team. This paper not only in theory, enriching and developing the research content of the state-owned construction enterprise project team building, and, in practice, can be used for the construction of the project team is not efficient construction enterprises as a reference for to identify enterprise project team building where to take effective measures to strengthen the construction of the project team, and to improve the performance of enterprises.
