Abstract


Technological innovation is to achieve scientific and technological progress, the driving force to promote enterprise development, technological innovation and enthusiasm rising demand, the foundation and source of technological innovation, ways and means received more attention. Era of knowledge economy, tacit knowledge is considered to be an important driving force of technological innovation; while organizational capital as an important source of competitive advantage, how to transfer and effective use of tacit knowledge, and how it affects technological innovation provides a unique perspective. However, the current studies focus on organizational capital investigated the direct impact on performance, the lack of organizational capital to explore various dimensions and different sources of tacit knowledge transfer and innovative contribution and mechanism. Therefore, this article focuses on tacit knowledge transfer, enterprise organizational capital, tacit knowledge transfer and technological innovation into a unified research framework to study organizational capital, transfer of tacit knowledge from different sources on the impact of technology and innovative ways. In the analysis of enterprise organizational capital and tacit knowledge transfer on the basis of content, based on the theory of induction and analysis to corporate research and interviews, based on the theory discussed organizational capital, tacit knowledge transfer mechanism for technological innovation , the corresponding research hypotheses, build a tacit knowledge transfer as mediating variables, organizational capital through internal and external tacit knowledge transfer on incremental technological innovation and fundamental assumptions of the effects of technological innovation model. After measurement and questionnaire design-related variables, in our enterprise data obtained through the questionnaire, the questionnaire for the formal analysis of the data using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling and other statistical methods, from the most most often carried out by the grassroots and technological innovation activities began, dig organizational capital situation, understand the business of the ongoing technological innovation condition; and with the SPSS and AMOS statistical tools to test for the hypothesized model, partly confirmed through various dimensions of organizational capital internal and external tacit knowledge transfer on incremental technological innovation and the impact of technological innovation path fundamental relationship. The results show that each dimension of organizational capital through different paths affect the internal and external tacit knowledge transfer, thereby acting on incremental technological innovation and radical technological innovation. Conclusions to some extent complemented and enriched the enterprise organizational capital as well as technological innovation theories and practices of enterprise technology innovation to provide theoretical support.
