Abstract


Contact the measure of technical cooperation between enterprises and technological innovation , the flow of talent between the enterprise driven by the measure of the flow of knowledge , the use of the revenue generated intangible assets in an enterprise to measure knowledge Measurement of concern are businesses and scholars . Stock of knowledge of the research enterprise innovation networks and knowledge flow growth law , the development of effective knowledge flow strategy for improving knowledge in the main flow speed and efficiency , and enhance the competitive advantage of the high-tech enterprises , maintaining network virtuous cycle of development , all have important theoretical and practical significance . Knowledge potential is the principal of its endowment has knowledge has sustained competitiveness . Potential analysis of the corporate body of knowledge , not only helps to reveal the knowledge from the microscopic changes in the network , development and, ultimately, the whole process of innovation , and can be more clearly reflect the technological innovation is a culture of enterprise competitiveness pivotal role. This article is to draw domestic and foreign enterprises innovation network research and experience , physical secondary potential theory analysis , in-depth analysis of the internal mechanism of the flow of knowledge in enterprise innovation networks , identify the network causes of the knowledge flow on two key influencing factors , namely absorptive capacity and innovation ability , respectively, to be explored , to build a knowledge-based potential knowledge flow measure model , by means of system simulation , come to a rational understanding of the relationship between knowledge flow and knowledge potential enterprise innovation networks . Through theoretical analysis and simulation to explore the knowledge potential is how to determine the growth of the network main knowledge stocks and flows , and the relevant conclusions innovative and theoretical significance of network knowledge flows to accelerate corporate innovation strategy formulation , create enterprise innovation environment has a certain significance and practical value .
