Abstract


This paper selected a research institute under China 's state-owned enterprises full investment - Chun Hua Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. Hefei employee turnover issue as a study sample . Articles by internal environment and external environment analysis and research related to the use of employee turnover model, the company's employee turnover Junhua issues and coping strategies were studied. Through data collection , surveys, and interviews with the method of data collection , sorting , filtering , and through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the study showed that lead to a brain drain Chun Chinese companies can be grouped into four main areas: remuneration and incentives ; management issues ; enterprise development ; personal factors . Chun Chinese companies by itself and reasons for staff leaving these aspects of research and analysis , this paper based human resource management personnel recruitment and hiring , employee motivation , employee training and development theory proposes the following coping strategies: ( a ) Companies need to establish remuneration system , performance appraisal system and training system for the core and is suitable Junhua features and future development of the company's own talent management and incentive mechanisms ; ( 2 ) establish and improve the recruitment , selection and hiring system from the source to reduce the probability of employee turnover ; ( 3 ) to strengthen enterprise management personnel own learning and training , and constantly improve the management level ; ( 4 ) optimize processes and systems to strengthen executive power to the system as the core, build excellent corporate culture, to train as a management tool , to promote enterprise culture and personal cultural integration and reunification ; ( 5 ) establish an early warning system for personnel turnover and crisis management mechanisms . Through research , hoping to effectively improve and resolve Chun Chinese companies in employee turnover aspect of the main problems , but also for similar enterprises findings provide reference .
