Abstract


Job management system , including parts of the organization and the jobs were closely linked , is an important part of the modern human resources management system , is a concrete manifestation of corporate strategic objectives , business processes , work responsibilities , the enterprise of setting a quota , quota, assessment , remuneration management of labor and employment .
