Abstract


When history entering the 21 century, the people’s police and prison punishment of criminal reform under the new challenge, according to law of the people’s police of a prison streng then the law enforcement puts forward more strict requirements and the change of the structure of mobsters, more make the prison of the routine work of the people’s police are more complex and difficult.The people’s police of a prison quality height decide the prison can shoulder the country is given by the execution of the punishment of criminals of the sacred duty.Punishment and criminals, especially to reform criminals should not only in strict accordance with the laws, and must pay attention to methods and techniques.The prison law enforcement work involves procedures, methods, skills, three important aspects.Because the method of law enforcement, especially law enforcement is not legally required skills, in law enforcement, practice has no unified standard work, work directly to the prison of the basic level of many law enforcement practices police confusion.This paper try to combine his prison at the grass-roots level, based on the current actual prison authorities grassroots police of the present situation of the objective law enforcement are analyzed with prison related theory, the study from the perspective of law enforcement prison police of the existing problems, and puts forward the behavior of the police in perfect prison law enforcement measures and Suggestions to the prison in shandong province, the police provide scientific practice and feasible advice.This paper main body is divided into five parts. The first part of this project, the research background, the research significance, the research situation, framework and content in this paper. The second part discusses the meaning of our country jail law enforcement practices and content, and through to the prison in the management, the authors introduce the prison law enforcement that specific characteristic of management. The third part of shandong province mainly through the practice of prison police analysis, and to find out the prison in law enforcement, the main problems existing in the practice and analyzes its reason. The fourth part of the law enforcement of foreign prison conditions and experience exploration and analysis of the system, and thought that our country jail police provide reference to law enforcement. The fifth part of this topic for final the foothold, in front of four parts, discusses fully spread and the basis of laws and regulations, and team construction from the perfect and standardized management, this paper puts forward the prison authorities to perfect the law enforcement of the police practice countermeasures and suggestions.
