Abstract

Land Consolidation is the goal of maintaining dynamic balance of the total cultivated land, improve rural production and living conditions and ecological environment, stimulating rural economic development in an important way. Benefit evaluation of land consolidation is a test of the land consolidation project which is an success or failure, and it is also an important way to guide scientific and rational and effective land consolidation project and to implement for the Government to formulate land management policies to adjust to provide a scientific basis and reference. Therefore, the establishment in line with the actual situation of the evaluation index system, and explore scientific and reasonable evaluation method for the correct evaluation of the success of land consolidation project is particularly important.In this paper, relevant research on the Land Consolidation predecessors viewpoints summarized on the basis of theoretical issues related to land consolidation have been further elaborated comb. On this basis, in order to compare a typical coastal region of Weifang City, the land consolidation project area as the research object, select a representative of the Southern Sun rural land consolidation project, through the establishment of mathematical models of specific in-depth empirical analysis of the project obtained brought comprehensive benefits. In this paper, in this specific case studies, seeks to benefit the scientific evaluation of land consolidation, the establishment of Weifang City, the coastal areas suitable for land consolidation a reasonable benefit evaluation index system is proposed for the region’s economic and social harmonious development of the land consolidation path Land Consolidation in the region to promote the development of the work of reference.The main contents of this article are as follows:Full-text is divided into seven chapters. Especially in the region overall land use situation in a more detailed analysis, and then select the case of the Southern Sun rural land consolidation project area as well as the overall land use situation in detail and analysis, for the specific benefit evaluation of the project analysis of data. ChapterⅤ, according to Weifang city, the actual situation in the coastal areas with reference to current academic research on the impact of land consolidation in the region benefit factors were comprehensive and detailed analysis, selected on the basis of the relevant evaluation index, building a more scientific and reasonable and in line with the actual situation of the study area of the index system.
