Abstract


The construction of rural information service station between urban and rural areas for the promotion of information transmission, interaction and exchange, in order to increase incomes of local farmers has brought good results, but its further development are affected by many factors, most prominent of these factors is the performance of information services Station property rights are not clear, operation and management difficulties, shortage of construction funds for China’s rural information service stations constitute a further development of the bottleneck. Information services in rural areas stood property rights, management and construction of the "nutrition" bad as well as the resulting "health" on the deteriorating situation is causing widespread concern in society.In this paper, a literature survey method, summary analysis, the case law approach to the city of Shangrao rural information service centers for the study, conduct research, and through information kiosks in rural areas of domestic market-oriented business model research, follow the questions, analysis based on the real issues and the environment and market theory and practice from other countries to solve the problem of the basic ideas, information kiosks in rural areas of China’s market status of operational problems, causes and solutions to in-depth analysis and discussion, aims to ensure that systems integration, treating the symptoms.
