Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China 's rapid economic and social development , agriculture and rural economy development and continuous improvement of farmers' income . \At present , China's rural economy is facing the transition from small market to big market . From the theoretical research and practical experience , the agricultural cooperatives effective organizational form of the contradictions between the address \. Recent years, agricultural cooperatives have developed rapidly in China's vast rural areas , and has played an important role in promoting agricultural industrialization in China , the scale of operations, and improve farmers' income and improve the living standards of farmers , has laid a solid foundation for China to achieve modernization of agriculture . The rise and development of agricultural cooperatives , set off a craze to study the legal issues of agricultural cooperatives in our legal theory .
