Aiming at the study of design and implementation for information management system of higher vocational graduates based on J2EE Architecture, this paper contains the following aspects:(1) Some popular web developing technologies, including J2EE, MVC and Struts 2, were studied for system implement. The well-known MVC design mode and two JSP models were also introduced. Then, this paper analyzed deeply J2EE four layers model and some key struts2 technologies, including basic architecture, operating principle and component package. It provides theoretical foundations for the following system design and implement.(2) Aiming at employment situation of Guangzhou Civil Aviation College, a system requirement annlysis and a summary system design were given as prepartions for detail system design and realization. As to the requirement analysis, this paper divides originally the system into information collection module, information inquiry and statistics module, information publishing and managing module, graduate archives managing module, alumni mien module, system management module and external interface module. As to summary design, this paper chooses Struts 2 based four layers model, which consists of user representation layer, controlling processing layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer, as basic system architecture.(3) The primary targets of the system are as follow, to change the conventional model of graduate management mode,aim at enhance the qualities of the services for the employment of graduates and the managerial effectiveness, also can prove effectively provide a co-operation platform between the graduates and companies. At the same time, this system can provide a great communicative platform for“University and the Graduates”,“Graduates and Companies”,”University and Enterprise”,”schoolfellows and schoolfellows”.
