Abstract


With international and domestic appliance market , increasing competition , the home appliance industry profit margins are shrinking, the manufacturing sector can reduce the cost of space has been very tight . Logistics is seen as China's home appliance business last and best hope to reduce costs, improve efficiency aspects. Inventory, low loss, timely and accurate reach the destination , has become the common goal of household electrical appliance enterprises . In order to maintain the competitive edge , logistics as \In this context , household appliances enterprises have established joint channel information flow , capital flow and logistics in one appliance production , circulation and consumption of new appliances supply chain system to reduce costs. There are many home appliances household appliances enterprises began its logistics development , and innovation. China's home appliance logistics operations currently there are three main modes: self-built logistics system, logistics outsourcing to a third party as well as the combination of these two modes . Self-built logistics system appliance enterprises, represented by Haier . Represented by Electrolux appliance enterprises will outsource to a third party logistics , not only their own resources can be concentrated on core functions , but also to take advantage of third-party logistics business advantages , the logistics of this profit source to tap . In this paper, China's home appliance logistics outsourcing situation of insufficient demand , through the analysis of the mode of operation of household electrical appliance enterprises , as well as household electrical appliance enterprises logistics outsourcing can bring many advantages to clarify the need for logistics outsourcing . Then a brief introduction to logistics outsourcing decisions, and third-party logistics service provider selection methods , outsourcing contracts and performance appraisal . Finally Electrolux logistics outsourcing innovation case further pointed out through the use of logistics outsourcing makes household electrical appliance enterprises are more focused on product development and technological updating, household electrical appliance enterprises to improve their operational efficiency , and enhance their competitiveness inevitable choice.
