Abstract


We developed an efficient inhibitor aiming at sulfate-reducing-bacteria （SRB） through screening and compounding several kinds of available bactericides. In laboratory conditions, we have an experiment on inhibitor effects for SRB in oil field wastewater and test on site, using the developed inhibitor. The result showed that: the inhibitor has good inhibited effects on SRB. The sterilization efficiency can reach 95% when the dosage concentration is 5ppm and the time is 24h. When the time is 48h, the sterilization efficiency can reach 97%. No matter in dosage concentration or in action time, the depression effect of inhibtor is much better than other bantericides.The experiment of depression effect for SRB in oil field wastewater of different oil system showed that: the depression effect is obverious. When the dosage concentration is 3-5ppm, the depression effect can reach 92%-97%. Compared with original sample, the transformation ratio of sulfate ion is only 5%-7%. The inhibitor can reduce the yield of sulfureted hydrogen （H2S） by inhibiting the multiplication of SRB.The results tested on site showed that: the inhibitor has strong inhibitory effects on SRB. After 24 hours and the concentration is 5ppm, the inhibitor efficiency is over 90% but the transformation ratio of sulfate ion is only 5%-8%, the transformation ratio of sulfide is also very small just 3%-5%. Further, the comprehensive treatment of sulfureted hydrogen in oil system showed that : the removal rate of H2S in the setting tank and sewage tank is obvious, more than 97% .
