Abstract


Objective:Aim at the problem of income distribution of public hospital staff, design and structure a rational、dynamical and give consideration to internal equity and external equity performance pay.Method:Using literature consult to collect relevance income distribution theory for public hospitals’staff; after one round expert consultation establish the frame construction of institution of performance pay distribute for public hospital;using questionnaire survey method to investigate and analysis the condition of staff’s income of 30 public hospital in Shan Dong province, understand the defect of the existing payment system in our public hospital.Result:Using the method of variance analysis obtain:compare the influence diversity from the individual factors’inspire degree, can arrange that:(1)post condition:Medical Technician> Clinicion>director>nurse;(2)age condition:20 to 30 years old>41 to 50 years old>31 to 40 years old>51 to 60 years old;(3)education background condition: the higner>the lower;(4)the title of a technical post condition:the higner>the lower. Compare the influence diversity from the individual factors to income inspire factor and arrange that(1) post condition:Medical Technician> Clinicion> director> nurse;(2)age condition:41 to 50 years old>51 to 60 years old>31 to 40 years old>20 to 30 years old;(3)education background condition:the hign>the low;(4)the title of a technical post contidion:the higner>the lower.Conclusion:Pass the analysis result of 30 public hospital pay system, establish the suitable performance pay system. This system is suitable, science, can supply the reference for public hospital to establish the performance pay system in our country.
