Abstract

For a long time, China judicial identification institution sets diversified, like the qualification of identifiers disorders, or the identification repeats constantly. They badly affect the authority and scientific aspects of the judicial identification activities, and also affect the proceeding as planned.In 2005, the NPC Standing Committee on the administration of judicial identification" decision" after coming on stage, the Justice Department and various provinces enacted a series of measures to establish a new judicial expertise administration system, but all fail from go up at all effective in correcting the problems existing in the judicial identification activities.Therefore, this paper from China’s current judicial identification system malpractice proceed with, elaborated the concept, current situation and problem analysis of relevant systems in various countries, a comparative analysis of methods to our judicial identification system to conduct a comprehensive analysis, the judicial identification system concept, analysis of current situation and its cause of formation on the basis of our country, compared with other judicial identification system similarities and differences and development trend, based on China’s current judicial system on the basis of reality, puts forward some reconstruction of China’s judicial identification system concept: Unified identification certification and identification of human management, establish the appraisal activities such as the basic principle, hope to minimize the cost of established with China’s current judicial system combining the judicial identification system, promote the healthy development of judicial identification.In the paper, the structure of introduction, text and conclusion part three.
