Abstract


The transmission system is an important part of the helicopter , the vibration characteristics of a direct impact on the performance of the helicopter as a whole . The tail drive system is a multi- series , with branch complex rotor system with parallel shaft gear coupling . Due to the bevel gear meshing vibration of each piece of the drive shaft is no longer independent, but are coupled to each other . Helicopter tail drive increasingly to the direction of high- efficiency , high-speed , high-precision , high load carrying capacity , which may make the system into the resonance region resonance phenomenon . In the design of the drive system , it is necessary to grasp the structural parameters of the influence of the inherent characteristics of the system , and to adjust the parameters , allowing the system to avoid resonance in the work , and to ensure the stability and reliability of the helicopter . In general , transmission occurred two types of vibration that lateral and torsional vibrations . Firstly, according to the basic principles of vibration theory and finite element analysis of the structural characteristics of the helicopter tail drive ; established a three-dimensional solid model helicopter tail drive ; combination of mechanical dynamics equivalence principle , equivalent to a helicopter tail drive power learning model, including bending dynamics model helicopter tail drive , reverse the dynamic model , the ANSYS software platform to create a parametric model of the helicopter tail drive . Secondly, the analysis of the lateral vibration of the helicopter tail drive , including single segment axis , horizontal axis segment and tail drive system natural frequency and mode shapes analysis supporting stiffness ; and on this basis the horizontal tail drive vibration as well as support the impact of the number on the horizontal axis segment , further analysis of the lateral vibration of the tail drive system harmonic response analysis . Finally, the analysis of the torsional vibration of the tail drive system , including the establishment of torsional dynamics model and finite element model ; equivalent mass - spring system and ANSYS finite element analysis of the natural frequency of a the tail transmission system torsional vibration and vibration type. Further analysis comparing the results of the two analyzes , tail drive system torsional vibration harmonic response analysis .
