Abstract


The current labour disputes is in show period. Employer fails to purchase medical insurance for workers’ obviously violated the law. But the government does not perform its duties、Administrative and judicial organs no linkage.The employer fails to purchase medical insurance for workers . Once the labour disputes turns on,the Workers loss to the plight of assessing the damage. To clear the losing computational , With revention and relief, it is necessary to build the results of the government, employers and workers’ medical insurance tripartite harmonious and stable relations.It proposals to strengthen legislation、and strengthen the interactive of the executive and judiciary、So workers can assess the damage in entity and the rules of procedure.The government is also called to perform its duties, spending on medical insurance financial input.Then the harmonious and stable labour relations is established.
