Abstract

Steel mesh pad damper is a the dry friction hysteresis damping characteristics of the nonlinear damping device . It contains the friction hysteresis damping , including the larger damping , vibration damping in a very wide band ; It also has a softening stiffness , under the unexpectedly large excitation the element stiffness softening allows the natural frequency of the structure change , thereby so that the resonance is difficult to occur . Steel mesh pad shock absorber as well as some of the other outstanding advantages include the ability to withstand large loads , strong shock resistance ; can be used in the complex , poor working conditions , with high temperature resistance , low temperature resistance, anti-oil , anti- corrosion , anti - aging, ease of maintenance and high reliability . This shock absorber has been more widely used in the aerospace , more and more of its research at home and abroad . So far , the steel mesh pad damper has made some achievements , but the shock absorbers are modeled as a single degree of freedom system , and therefore can not examine the three-dimensional characteristics of the steel mesh pad , of course , will not be able to consider shape steel mesh pad damping characteristics . The main purpose of this paper is through theoretical and experimental aspects of some of the work , the establishment of three-dimensional solid model of the steel mesh pad damper to provide a theoretical basis for the future design of this type of shock absorber to reduce the amount of test design . Viscoelastic constitutive equation to approximate description of the dynamics of the steel mesh pads shock absorbers , and this model is the object of an effective parameter identification methods , the test has detected the corresponding material parameters and applied finite element modeling . The results show that the test results are in good agreement with the theoretical results . In this paper, the viscoelastic constitutive model can reflect the characteristics of the steel mesh pad . Finally, the dynamics of steel mesh pad damper theoretical analysis . The free vibration of the model , the analytical solution of forced vibration . Routh-Hurwitz stability criteria of the origin of the inspection system , A criterion for the validity of the results of the test to identify the validity of the results of this test identification test .
