Abstract

In order to effectively control the Chicken Coccidiosis, one Chinese herbal compound oral liquid preparation was made based on the theory of Chinese Traditional Veterinary Medicine and the preparation was studied by restraining sporulate of E.tenella oocysts out of boby, preventing and curing artificial infection of E.tenella coccidiosis, observing the change of histopathology, measuring the blood physiological and biochemical parameters.1. The preparation can obviously restrain the sporulated rate(P<0.01)and lower than the control group. The inhibition effects of 3% treated group was best. The percentages of sporulate oocysts on24h,48h,72h were23.35%,34.01%,43.15%.2. The effect of 1% treated group was excellent, ACI was 195.35. The group of 1% Chinese Herbal Medicine Preparation treated the relative increasing weight rate 103.35% higher than that of the noninfected-nonmedicated group(P>0.05). All of the herbs treated groups the concentrations of RBC,HGB,HCT,WBC,TP,ALP,AST were not significant differences with noninfected-nonmedicated group(P>0.05).3. The group contented 2% herbs had favorable efficacy, ACI was 178.22. The preparation could alleviate clinic symptom and decrease lesion, excrement score and could alleviate pathology trauma. The rate of protection was 100%. The concentrations of RBC,HGB,HCT,TP,AST in infection groups were lower than the noninfected-nonmedicated group (P < 0.01),but the concentrations of WBC and ALP were higher than noinfected-nonmedicated group. The concentrations of RBC,HGB,HCT,TP,AST in herbs groups were higher than the infection non-medicated group(P<0.05)and the concentrations of WBC and ALP were lower than the infection non-medicated group(P<0.05).
