Abstract


With the growing popularity of the global Internet , to produce new things on the Internet gradually into people's daily lives , including the controversial virtual currency . For the concept of virtual currency has long been a lot of controversy , for the risks faced by the virtual currency and there is no comprehensive understanding of the system . In order to standardize the development of virtual currency , the country also has enacted or are developing a number of legal or regulatory policy . However, the current regulatory system designed for the virtual currency is not perfect. Virtual currency in the sense of law and economics a clear definition of the concept of the sort and analyze , on this basis, the basic types of virtual currency , the system risks faced by the virtual currency and virtual currency regulation mechanisms and the supervision of the contents of the detailed analysis of the discussion of the theoretical point of view or legislative proposals . The full text is divided into four chapters , each chapter of the main contents are as follows: the first chapter defines the concept of virtual currency , virtual currency from the theory and practice , classification, analysis of development trends in the virtual currency . Chapter II , respectively, inflation , currency and redemption, currency held by the circulation of money , legal remedies and monetary competition point of view of the risks faced by the virtual currency . The third chapter is a virtual currency control mechanism , the basic objectives of the regulation , the main , the main object and the basic means specifically addressed . Chapter IV earlier on the basis of the risks faced for virtual currency in the regulation of content made ??a detailed exposition and made a reasonable legislative proposals for the virtual currency of the regulatory system design provides an important value of reference .
