With J2ME technology in the mobile communication advantages, given all the key parts of the system design and implementation methods, developed for Traffic Police’s mobile police office system, completed a set of mobile application development for the carrier, Strengthening Police work to become a bright spot.Most in using with the current system only has a mobile police information search function。It is different than the paper-based search function, but also it realized the traffic violation penalties-site and off-site real-time data upload function, and use of portable printing equipment on-site printing tickets, become a major highlight of the system.
