Abstract


The way of simple program with paper can’t meet all the needs of the improvement in it, because of the development of computer and the project in company. Powerful as the products of Microsoft Project are, the function of coordination and track fades. Furthermore, the expensive price and the lack of administration in documents and issues pushes the customers away. Following as Saas and Web 2.0, some project of management on line arose in recent years. The tools of such kind of project provides their service in two ways that are suitable for the free service in a small team as well as the service for charge in a major one.The system was set in the renewed“IT solution optimizer”of Tangshan Modern Company. It stated the progress of exploitation which was based on the product of the project in administration on line. The system has used“the top-down overall plan, application development from bottom to top”the development strategy,This article mainly introduced theroy, technology, analysis of demands, system design, the whole process of exploiting, the procedure of working and the scientific criterion on methods. Meanwhile, it put the emphasis on the document’s completeness. Those can help the whole system go smoothly.This system mainly uses Eclipse to carry on the JSP script compilation environment, SQL Server 2005 as database, the standard logical level and the data lasting level three architecture, simultaneously utilized the Div+CSS layout thought to carry on the layout. This system design is fine, the style of the contact surface is friendly, the operation was simple, has received many user’s high praises.
