Abstract


With the growing number of Chinese and foreign enterprises in the economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, with the case of contract translation adjustments arising more and more. In general, such a law on commercial contracts are signed on the basis of consensus in the negotiations the two sides, so the translation of the contract also play an important role at this time, most of the business transactions go through that bilateral relations instruments - \Therefore, in order to achieve the proper function of international trade contracts, and to avoid any disputes that may arise, the translation of good contract is particularly important. Given today's increase international trade contracts text translation, but the lack of a contract translation guidelines, this paper attempts to guide the application of translation theory to solve this phenomenon. The researchers found that in this article, the text of the contract has some of the features of the legal text, the translation of the text of the contract is not an easy task to do. Because both vocabulary level or syntax, or discourse and pragmatic level contract in English has its own unique language features. This thesis explores the practical translation standards and translation strategies in order to play a valuable role in the future in this area, to be helpful to practice translation of the contract. The style of the paper is as follows: the first part of this paper is to introduce part brief introduction the thesis research background, as well as the significance of the translation of the contract, and paper overall layout to do a presentation. The second part of the thesis is divided into the literature review, this paper introduces the study of theory, a brief overview of Nida's theories and Newmark theoretical perspectives in the relevant fields, this section introduces the thesis focus on theory Monet?
