The extensive work on this huge project for information management has become a challenging and significant problem.This system is built on an integration platform, that covering the identification of project, implementation and end items of the whole process, special attention to project implementation,with project planning, tracking and excuting, project approval process management, It can be used for the project management department, project managers, project members,customers, finance, quality management and other relevant departments and all other project stakeholders to work with.This thesis aims to explain how to use the basic information management system development methods and techniques to complete a web-based project management system. Through the project management system requirements analysis and design, to determine the system’s main data flow, and clearly the system’s main features, including: project lib, monthly statistics, project evaluation, management and maintenance; in analysis and design phase, completion of the data flow description, database design, class design, the main algorithm design and interface design, etc.; then implemented through coding and testing..This according to software engineering development process, describes the whole of this graduation project design and implementation process, including the subject’s background, the system uses the key technology needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, code implementation, software testing stage , focuses on the news gathering system requirements analysis, functional module design, database design and so on.This system is used ASP.net and MSSQL database to achieve the web applications, systems use B/S structure to achieve.
