Abstract


With the development of information and network technologies, electronic files are more and more popular than paper files in office work. As an administrative body under the CPC Party Committee, political organs undertake the composition of a massive amount of office documents. Therefore, an automatic office document generation system capable of document writing, format conversion and sample display will be very useful for office clerks by assisting them in improving quality and efficiency.This paper is an explorative attempt for a solution to the above-mentioned problem. Introduction of the background and significance of the research subject, covering the status-quo of office automation system, especially the automatic office document generation system both at home and abroad. Description of the theoretical foundation and primary techniques involved in the system, with focus on the basic ideas and tefhniques for researching and developing automatic office document generation system. Analysis of the demand for the system, detailing the functional modules needed in the automatic office document generation system.Design of the system, including structural design by layer, key techniques and modular structure and function. Test and realization of the system, including the flow of work for developing the software and the key codes thereof.This paper describes the actual project design and development process,with a certain application value and practical significance.
