This paper analyzes and discusses the concept of the criminal proceedings in absentia , characteristics , litigation value , and the effects of the system of Germany , France , Russia, Japan , the United States , the United Kingdom , Canada and other countries on the relevant provisions of the criminal proceedings in absentia , and China's Hong Kong and Macao regions design, a comprehensive comparison of the scope of the criminal proceedings in absentia , litigation care and relief measures .
