Abstract


With the Hotan region in the 21st century, the first 10 years of rapid development, computer work and life applications have been popular. The Hotan Prefecture in 2006, the Internet has been a great development for start-Wada TV hardware to create conditions for online teaching. On the other hand, the traditional teaching method was face to face can not keep up the pace of development of the times. Therefore, an urgent need to develop a TV Wada Internet-based teaching system.TV stands Wada Wada Radio and Television University, the predecessor of Radio and TV University campus was founded in 1982 Wada, in 1998 after teaching evaluation by the Ministry of Education, Radio and TV University upgraded to Hotan Hotan Prefecture in 2004 Education Resources, Finance will Hotan Prefecture Radio and TV University School merged with the Wada. Integration in teaching resources, Hotan Hotan City TV campuses scattered in three places, in the light of TV teaching their own characteristics, the urgent need to build a network of remote teaching system of education, reduce the cost of school students studying the teaching costs.According to Wada TV features were its own research and analysis of teaching, drawing on some of the country has developed the advantages of online teaching system. The project design is based on the Internet for teaching intelligent tutoring system and courseware content planning sub-editing and management subsystem, including the purpose is to provide a link to the database as a Web-based learners and teachers for teaching system, based on Web for teachers and administrators to achieve courseware management systems two aspects. System has been developed using JSP technology with the popular SQL Server database approach. The thesis analyzes and discusses the implementation of this technology in the application of the system. According to the theory, the proposed framework, and detailed problem sets courseware modules and teachers function of two main modules, and other modules to do a brief introduction.
