OA (Office Automation hereinafter referred to as OA) is the modern office’s computer network capabilities combine to form a new type of office methods, a new technological revolution is the current technology applications, is the product of the information society. As China’s economy continued to grow strongly, the popularity of computer network applications and the introduction of advanced management ideas, making the rapid development of OA applications. Achieved through the implementation of OA of the "paperless office" to improve information technology management and office efficiency, and ultimately "Digital Association Office " and sustainable development.With the continuous development of the Association, the Association began to realize that rely solely on the existing association’s website cannot meet the current development trend of information technology; need to do a comprehensive upgrade and facelift. Member companies continue to increase, and the increasingly complex affairs of the Association, the Association decided to introduce a set of intelligent management information system so as to government agencies, to provide better services to member companies.This paper describes the J2EE-based trade association of OA system analysis, design and implementation. First, the paper describes the project background, OA in the industry associations of the important role of information technology and its significance, OA of the research situation. Secondly, the introduction of the system uses, including J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and other related technologies, and for the current industry association management status, the use of UML for system use-case requirements analysis, requirements analysis, based on the main business processes carried out to collate and analyze , Association of OA will be divided into seven main modules, namely, my desktop, administration management, document management, communications management, information management, document management, system management. Then, about the overall system architecture based on J2EE technology design, network topology and software architecture, and its main concepts of the database data model, physical data model design and data tables for further analysis. Subsequently, the focus of document management module describes the design of the system, including functional and structural design, and issued a document module, respectively, to close the text module and document process management module to configure the module to make a specific analysis of the four modules. Next, tell the system related to the main class diagram and operation of the interface to achieve its main modules.
