Abstract


The video surveillance system is used in social management and technology management of the major achievements of the production. This thesis uses ZHEJIANG ANJI SOCIAL ORDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM as topics to study design and the implementation of Public Video Surveillance System in County-level City. The contents of this paper is designed to combine the use of digital-analog approach, network-based remote video monitoring, transmission, storage, management, video monitoring system. To achieve design goals is to build a county-wide multi-level monitoring, the combination of distributed and centralized storage, centralized management, resource sharing integrated video surveillance system. Relevant government departments to timely monitor the on-site real-time, accurate, specific, intuitive video image information.The papers in Anji video system construction as the starting point of the video surveillance system construction technology used in video surveillance solutions, highlighting the reliability of control systems technology program, advanced, open and service assurance systems. By comparison, the construction of the monitoring system chosen to rely on analog-digital network technology combined with the model as a city of public video surveillance system-building programs, and as a blueprint of the system components, the choice of transmission networks, digital video images inside and outside the network comprehensive sharing platform design, system function and design to do a detailed analysis of video surveillance management systems to achieve specific descriptions were made.Anji County in the process of urban management,the public video surveillance systems play a huge role. As the public security organs to technology to police technology project, video surveillance can be intuitive, visual display of the original case of events for the public security agencies to fight crime, provide a video interface on the screen support. In Anji city public video surveillance system implementation process, its also can be expected to achieve in the coastal county-level cities.
