Abstract


Three decades of reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, a new pattern of interests is being rebuilt. In this social transformation, institutional transition process, the original pattern of interests is broken, social and economic elements, forms of organization, the distribution of benefits and employment diversification trend. Which highlighted the performance of \There can be no doubt that the emergence of new social strata is the inevitable result of the development of China's social productive forces. This not only makes the social class structure more \Because of the hierarchical structure of modern society \For this reason, this article attempts to analyze the role played by the new social strata in our constitutional process of building. Through analyzing the class characteristics of the new social class with the relationship between the constitutional explore new social class on basic constitutional connotation: to promote the construction of democracy, the rule of law and protection of human rights role, reveals a new social class is to promote constitutional development the main force. At the same time, this new social class was a gradually formed, and continue to integrate the emerging forces to promote the construction of the constitutional role has yet to play to the extreme.
