Abstract


A large number of studies have shown that moderate exercise can increase the body's level of functioning and immunity, overtraining and super strength strenuous exercise is not only to enhance the immune capacity, but will reduce the immune capacity. This problem with the discoveries in recent years, research on immunology: exercise-induced changes in the immune system as a form of exercise, exercise intensity, exercise duration. Prolonged endurance exercise or long-term intensive training suppressed immune function. Immunosuppressive cytokine production after exercise, the source and cause immune suppression mechanism is yet to be further explored. Needs further study whether exercise training can affect immune function by altering gene expression. Prevention through nutrition and agent (such as: rich in branched chain amino acids, carbohydrates) immune function, as well as to consider immunosuppressive mechanisms involved in the treatment of certain autoimmune diseases after exercise. So, in the process of high intensity training, in order to minimize the negative effects of high intensity training, nutrition and drug supplement is a must. This test is mainly to study the the SIAs class of compound Chinese medicine on the body changes in immune function in the case of high-intensity training.
