Abstract


Competition of pursuit of development and an important way to enhance the strength, also the activities of higher education an important part. In a critical period of social transformation, whether competition in the University of healthy functioning is crucial for the development of the modern university. Institutional ethics as the main manifestations of the socialist market economy under the conditions of public ethics, both related to the modern university system in the direction of change and the future prospects of the development of higher education, at the same time promote the University of healthy competition.
