Abstract


Investment environment is also called the investment climate. It is the objective conditions faced by the investors. In the project construction and production operations, the investment environment is the synthesis of the various necessary conditions. Selecting and creating the good investment environment is the main premise to improve the effect of construction investment and improve the production operations. The construction of the investment environment which is the primary means for enhancing the competitiveness of high-tech development zone affects the further development of high-tech development zone.The paper studies the investment environment as a theme in ZigongHigh-tech Development Zone, and selects the Zigong High-tech Zone as the regional carrier of empirical research. By analyzing and researching the relevant theory of the relevant investment environment, Economic development and investment conditions in Zigong City, and industry analysis of the Zigong High-tech Development Zone, the use of SWOT analysis method carried out a detailed analysis its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the investment environment in the Zigong High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and a comparative analysis of the investment environment in Zigong high-tech Zone in the southern Sichuan cities. Via the SWOT analysis on the investment environment, it can identify clearly the environment and situation for the competition subject, which has a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses and what are the opportunities and threats. Finally, the paper proposes measures to investment environmentand and policy suggestions at Zigong High-tech Development Zone in the new historical background. The research results of the paper are of great significance for improving the scale and level of development zones of using the foreign direct investment and accelerating the construction of Zigong National Hi-tech Development Zone.
