Abstract


Since 2005,“CCP central document No.1”has been requiring Post system using the advantage of its network in all urban and rural areas to develop the chain distribution to service the farmer’s producing and life. To respond it , the postal administration at all levels taking existing networks as its carriers have created sales outlets in the villages and counties to distribute and sale the agriculture means of production,wine and daily chemicals. Through 5 year’s work, the national sales volume had been exceeded 10 billion yuan while Sichuan 300 million Yuan. The influence of postal distribute chain in rural area has been increased, but the problems on supply inventory management also followed increasingly outstanding, especially the stock quantity and the expired goods have been increasing ceaselessly.For the traditional enterprise, the inventory control theory is more confined to the reduction Of logistics cost; but for the chain store , the sales order is generated independently by each store At the end of the chain., regional centers have the demand to adding the storage at any time. How to make the distribution decision by each store’s order after the batch order have been made is the problems. Even if the decision is the best for the subsystem, but it’s not the best for the whole supply system.This paper has combined the feature of the postal distribution chain management store and the actual status of currently operating of Chinese enterprise for supply chain management, has studied the inventory management model and the corresponding inventory control strategy fitting for the distribution chain-store Business of postal logistics.
