Abstract


Harbin City has the characteristics of the major cities , large rural compulsory education between the urban and rural development , there are some differences . The \Comparative analysis by reading the literature of the balanced development of compulsory education teachers at home and abroad on the basis of in -depth interviews in Harbin urban and rural compulsory education, teacher education, job title , age, condition , confirmed in Harbin urban and rural compulsory education, teacher education, job title and age The structure of the development is not balanced . Harbin City compulsory education faculty development is uneven impact of the quality of students is analyzed from the perspective of the guidance of students and student flow .
