With the development and spread of the internet technology, some working operation mode such as flexible working, SOHO, Outing sourcing and so on become the most popular topic in China, so many company and worker would like to try the new working way. Actually, the enterprise of china will have so much concerns when come to this point, as the flexible working starts in western and there’s so many difference in culture between western and eastern, and still little studies and cases in this topic, especially the advantage and disadvantage, the conditions applied, and the key issues.This article draw a systemic conclusion to the flexible working, analysis the characteristic of different types, and show a map for the SWOT model to know it better, to be a reference to those enterprise what to change current working style.Firstly, I come to the globalize market economy’s effect to these Chinese company; especially the limitative that fix working brings to the development under the situation.Secondly, I do some research and analysis on some practice of the flexible working cases, combine with the research result at home and aboard, tell the traits of different flexible working expression, and tell related provisos.Thirdly, I start with the analysis of flexible working practice that the oversea countries do, as well as the advantage and disadvantage, opportunity and threaten, do the overall research that the feasibility of using flexible working in China.Lastly, I do the analysis that Accenture and competitors do on the flexible working, to verify that using flexible working in proper way around the high knowledge employees will inspire people and their effectiveness that can raise the company’s performance.In the end, I conclude the steps for the flexible working’s implementation and the prospect for the new work style.
