Abstract


Since the mid-20th century, the problems of the jobless and the laid-off worker has always been a hot topic in various disciplines from the perspective of their own professional. Based on the investigation and study, the author study the laid-off workers laid off after the analysis of social life in the social and sociological perspectiveFirst of all, is a social attitude of the laid-off workers laid-off workers re-socialization of the impact. The social attitude mainly refers to the reason of laid-off ,the future career aspirations and view about how to get a work . The study found that: most of the laid-off workers are considered to be caused by their own national policies for laid-off, and the vast majority of laid-off workers are willing to go through various channels to find new jobs. At the same time, most of the laid-off workers are glad to work in non-public units. Employment concepts and social attitudes have taken place in no small change.Then, is the research about the impact of human capital of their laid-off workers re-socialization. The study found that with higher human capital of laid-off workers are more easily re-socialization. Human capital including the age and education level, through the survey data show that with higher education more accessible to get new jobs. Moreover, by learning new job skills to improve the technical level of laid-off workers are also easier to obtain new jobs. This shows that human capital to re-socialization process of laid-off workers has a significant impact.Finally, is the research about laid-off workers get social support on the impact of re-socialization. Social support can be divided into formal and informal social support. Formal social support mainly refers to government, community and employment agency for laid-off workers to provide support. Informal social support mainly refers to family members, relatives and friends to support laid-off workers. The study found, laid-off workers receive little informal social support, and access to informal social support for the main and more emotional support, at least for the direct provision of support for the work. Laid-off workers to obtain little formal social support too. Most of the laid-off workers know the various services which relevant government departments to help laid-off workers, but they have not been a corresponding help. In the basis of the above analysis, this paper presents several policy recommendations as follows: (1) training of laid-off workers the right concept of to choose their jobs; (2) greatly enhancing the re-employment of laid-off workers training; (3) for labor and employment departments re-employment of laid-off workers to provide services; (4) mobilizing and organizing social forces to provide employment training for laid-off workers; (5) changing the concept of laid-off workers, and actively adapting to market-oriented employment environment.
