Abstract


As the national economy development and people's material and cultural living standards continue to improve , increasing demand for electricity , while the power quality and reliability have become increasingly demanding . Distribution automation technology and smart grid technology is the development trend of distribution network . Distribution Automation is a power distribution equipment for remote online real-time monitoring , coordination and control of an integrated system , in recent years developed new technologies and fields of modern computer technology and communication technology in power distribution monitoring and control application . Europe, America and Japan and other industrialized countries are promoting the technology , the domestic part of the electricity distribution automation companies are also areas of the application work . Distribution grid distribution automation greatly improve the reliability and efficiency , improve power supply quality, reduce labor intensity and the ability to make full use of existing equipment , which for users and power companies bring considerable benefits. In this paper, research abroad megacities distribution automation system applications based on the current situation and existing problems , a comprehensive summary of China's development experience and lessons distribution automation , distribution automation combined with the Zhuhai Power Supply Bureau of the development process as well as the status of the system distribution network analysis, from the information systems integration planning, automation system architecture , the main station building distribution network , distribution network terminal building , with a network switch reform and other aspects in-depth discussion and implementation of distribution automation applications , the last of the Zhuhai power Supply Bureau distribution automation system development were discussed.
