Abstract


With the development of national economy, the rapid popularization of Internet in China, as of 2011 6 at the end, the number of Internet users in China has reached 485000000. In the face of such a huge social network, new legal issues, will inevitably arise, such as the network pushes the phenomenon, is badly in need of the law on the regulation and guidance.This article from the network pushes the industry’s present situation and its the harm as the starting point, the definition of what is a network drive basis, analysis the industry status, and existing problems and harm to society.The current network pushing industry puts the main problem is that:The network shoves a hand on the Internet create a topic, use unscrupulous divisive tactics, rampant speculation, such as for packaging web, even sex video debauch people and turn them into gangsters content as speculation themes, in total disregard of social moral bottom line; some other Internet marketers rely on huge network navy to reach the opinion, influence in the social reality of the value judgment, and law judgment; and some means bad network promoter of the company through to help businesses or individuals to delete the post, malicious attacks, bespatter competitor or others for profit, become a hundred-percent "network triad".These network pushing industry exists in the chaos, reaction network promoter regulation law on insufficient problem, for the author thinks from" Network Pushing Hands perfect and relevant legal norms"," expand the existing scope of application of the law"," network pushing industry management system" three aspects to regulate network pushing the development of the industry.
