Abstract


Electronic medical records medical institutions for outpatient, inpatient (or care object) clinical diagnosis and treatment and guide the intervention of digitized medical services records, is resident individuals in medical institutions previous treatment process is a complete record of, detailed clinical information resource. It is a modern medical institutions, clinical work to carry out the necessary business support systems. The most notable feature of the electronic medical record is shared and repeated use of clinical information resources, so that both can overcome many of the shortcomings of paper medical records, but also facilitate collaboration between the hospital and community between hospitals for medical personnel to provide timely, accurate and complete information. With the deepening of China's government on health care reform, the construction of a standardized electronic medical records will solve the problems of the residents \For medical information sharing in a heterogeneous environment, the of research rich Internet applications (Rich Internet Application, RIA), Web services, and workflow based on the proposed model of workflow-based Web services. Constructed as the theoretical basis for the model a multi-tier architecture, including the view layer, business process layer, Web services layer and database layer, and clinical information resources through shared service interface, so as to achieve loosely coupled integration. ECA rule-based workflow engine is designed to resolve the workflow process definition and design ideas applied to the clinical pathway module. Finally, the Web service workflow-based electronic medical records system design and implementation. The completed work in this paper are as follows: ① analysis of the current status quo of the development of electronic medical records at home and abroad. For the convenience of the user, to improve the efficiency of the medical workers, RIA relevant theories, and achieve the RIA technology comparison based Ajax Framework RIA implementation. The ② workflow technology and workflow modeling methods compared, based on ECA rule-based workflow engine design. (3) In order to solve the resource sharing of clinical information, the introduction of Web services technology, and the combination of Web services and workflow establish a Web services-based workflow model, comparative analysis of the differences with traditional workflow technology. ④ workflow model based on Web services applications to electronic medical records system, electronic medical record system framework is designed based on the actual application requirements, and design and implement the system module. ⑤ use cases to test the system, and verify the feasibility and rationality of the design and performance of Web services-based workflow engine test analysis, to prove that it can be applied to a heterogeneous environment.
