With the arrival of the entire business operations, competition between operators turns white-hot with each passing day, to ensure their competitive advantage, three operators on user behavior analysis, study sought to quickly introduced to meet the preferences of customers personalized service. In order to meet the needs of the operators, China Telecom CDMA network as the reference, build efficient, stable signal acquisition platform research.Although the operators to build all kinds of marketing support system, but the current marketing support system basically stays on the user’s phone records, order data for data mining to extract the target customers. It has produced two issues, one is the timeliness of the data problem; two is mainly from the service volume on account, not from the business perspective on effective customer segmentation and new business development.This paper mainly introduces a kind of real time acquisition of CDMA communication network packet domain signaling data, and the data forwarding and analysis, for operating systems to provide true, timely data sources, promote telecommunications operator’s network optimization, marketing support.The main research results of this paper includes four aspects: first, the CDMA packet domain signaling data collection; second, signal collecting and sharing platform function design and demand analysis; third, tools and storage subsystem implementation; fourth, system scheme design.With the development of 3G technology and the realization of integration, telecommunications, broadcasting television and Internet operator user oriented fight war will become more intense, effective marketing support platform will become the competitively important field of investment, then based on the structured and unstructured data mining intelligent marketing technology will get unprecedented development.
