Abstract


With the development of economy and the improvement of management level, human resources management system (HRMS) has became an important part in many companies of its management .This article aims to combine with information technology and human resource management thoughts, and the exploitation application of software structure human resource management information system (HRMS) in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise human resources management .Constructing information technology and human resources management thoughts organic would rely on the information technology to optimize the advanced management system of human resource.This article,from the basic connotation and features of ERP, from the shallower to the deeper , analyses the ERP management , ERP,the relationship of enterprise and the ERP implementation process, chronicles the coking company of ERP system development and implementation process, we also have specific research on the ERP system design and realization of coking company human resource management, from the integral design of the ERP personnel management system, the design and implementation of these aspects,such as the specific implementation process analysis, combining with a specific flow chart of the image to analyze, and finally analyses the ERP coking company human resource management system implementation and effects, and research the details of the test method. Through the excavation of successful implementation of the ERP human resources management system method, we gain a great improvement on coking business ,especially for human resources as a reference in the implementation of the role, so as to make a contribution to the overall industry management level.This article , Based on the design, development, and further discussion, study and solution of the ERP human resource management system in coking company, it not only standardizes the design and implementation of coking company human resource management, but also meet the development of coking company personnel demand, greatly reducing the enterprise management in the human’s operation , and realizing office automation and informationization of the coking company, which can solve the coking company human resource management and development strategy synchronization problem, will effectively promote the sustained and rapid development of coking company.
